Can you provide me the detail of the Public Notice announced by U.P. Power Corporation Limited for Aggregate Revenue Requirement petitions for FY 2015-16?

Pursuant to Section 64 of the Electricity Act 2003, the State Government owned Distribution Companies namely Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Poorvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and Kanpur Electricity Supply Company Ltd. submitted the Aggregate Revenue Requirement petitions for FY 2015-16 along with true up for FY2012-13 on 08.12.2014 &15.12.2014 respectively and tariff proposal on 2nd January, 2015 before the Hon’ble U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission, Lucknow.

Consequent upon acceptance of Annual Revenue Requirement and Tariff application on 23.03.2015, The Hon'ble Commission has issued Tariff Order for FY 2015-16 on 18th, June, 2015.
