UPCAT Subtest Scores

I have given the UPCAT (University of the Philippines College Admission Test) and want to get the result of this exam so please tell me from where I can get the result of it with the Subtest percentile rank scores of this exam? Tell me the Standardized scores on these subtests are combined?
