I want to know about the UPCAT exam .Can you provide here detail about the Uttar Pradesh Common Admission Test (UPCAT) for BDS course ?

UPCAT is a national level exam . This exam conducted by the Association of Private Medical and Dental colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

UPCAT Eligibility Criteria :

Nationality:
Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age :
17 years

Qualification:
For admissions to BDS course the candidate must pass in the 12th (HSC) class examination .

Secure a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Syllabus for UPCAT Exam include subjects :
Physics
Chemistry
Biology (Botany and Zoology)

UPCAT Paper Pattern

3 Hours

Section Question Marks
Physics 50 question 50 marks
Chemistry 50 question 50 marks

Biology
Botany 50 question 50 marks
Zoology 50 question 50 marks

TOTAL 200 question 200 marks

Exam paper will consists of multiple choice questions.

1 mark awarded for every correct answer.

No negative marking.
