UPBTC OBC Age Limit

Can you tell me about the Age Eligibility required for OBC candidates for UPBTC (Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificate)?

UP BTC (Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificate) is one of the most essential certificate required for being a Primary Teaching in a government Primary School of Uttar Pradesh.

Age limit

Minimum age limit for BTC is just 18 year and maximum age limit is 30 years.
Reserved category candidates like SC / ST and OBC will get 5 year relaxation in age
PH candidates will get 15 year relaxation in max age

Reserved category students, PH students, freedom Fighter, Ex service man, will also get the benefit of 5% relaxation in education qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
Only Domicile / Residence holder of Uttar Pradesh can apply for UP BTC.

Graduation Degree with minimum 50% marks. 5% relaxation will be given in marks to reserved category candidates.

Final year appearing candidates can not fill application form for UP BTC.

B. SC / B.Sc AG / B.Sc Home / B.Tech / BCA will be considered as Science Group category.

BA / B.com / BBA / BCA (Intermediates with art) will be consider as art category.

Application Form fee:
Rs 300 for OBC and Students
Rs 150 for SC, ST Students
No application form fee for PWD Students

UP BTC Training Fee Structure:
4600 Rs per year for training in DIET
