University of Toledo is a public research university located in Toledo, Ohio, United States.The university also operates a 450-acre (180 ha) Health Science campus, which includes the University of Toledo Medical Center, in the West Toledo neighborhood of Toledo .

As you want I am telling University of Toledo had trim 1.5 percent from its operating budget in 2015 year, and chop 3 percent from the entire budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1.
