University of Science, Arts and Technology (USAT) is an offshore private medical school located near Olveston, Montserrat. The university opened in 2003 with headquarters in Saint Petersburg, Florida and its campus located in Montserrat.

The College of Medicine at USAT consists of live, campus based lectures, laboratory exercises, and clinical clerkships in a variety of subjects and specialty areas, with live classroom based lecture elements or auxiliary topics broadcast via webinar in a blended instructional format.
