University of Petroleum and Energy Studies or UPES conducts entrance exams for admission in B.Tech, B. Des courses through Engineering Admission Test known as UPESEAT.

UPESEAT Syllabus

There is no defined syllabus for UPESEAT.

Total 5 subjects will be there in UPESEAT.

For physic, chemistry and mathematics syllabus will be as that in JEE Main or any other engineering exam.

Mostly basic concepts and some defined concepts will be included in syllabus.

For English Language comprehension, one should study basic concept of English language.

Current affairs are vivid, but candidates should have general information about all the recent issues around the world.

UPESEAT Exam Pattern
• UPES exam will have 5 sections in all. Sections will be subjected wise for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Language Comprehension and Current Affairs.

• Total numbers of question in UPESEAT will 200 (comprising all the sections).

• Total duration of exam will be 3 hours.
