The Kenan–Flagler Business School is the undergraduate and graduate business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill which offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA), MBA for Executives, Master of Accounting, Ph.D., a business certificate program, and many executive education programs. Full Time MBA Program In two-year MBA Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler students learn and collaborate in a team-based culture that stems from core values. Admissions requirements for the Full-time program include personal information, resume, academic transcripts, GMAT or GRE scores, TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores for international applicants, 3 required essays, and 3 professional recommendation letters. With that one must interview with the school into receive a final admit decision. MBA Admissions Selection Criteria We seek candidates for admission with strengths in these areas: • Leadership and organizational abilities • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Teamwork abilities • Track record of results • Drive and motivation • Analytical skills and problem solving ability • Prior academic performance • Career progression and career goals Work Experience • We do not have a minimum work experience requirement, but most students have at least 2 years of work experience.
