Re: University of Kerala transcript

You have to submit the duly filled in form to the Registrar, University of Kerala with a fee of RS 250/- per copy, if you need an Official Transcript.

Documents required

1. University of Kerala Form for General & Exam Purpose, with the cash receipt attached.
2. Cash receipt of 1000/-.
3. Counterfoil for the cash receipt mentioned in point 2 (small paper piece).
4. Mark sheets, 8 in number (Attested photo copies).
5. Provisional Certificate (Attested photo copy).
6. Degree Certificate (Attested photo copy).
7. Transcript Format (2 copies).

Mode of Payment

You can make payments to the University through:-

1. Challan at the University Cash Counter.

2. Crossed Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala (Only SBT draft payable at SBT Service Branch, Thiruvananthapuram)

3. Please add Rs.10/- as service charge while sending Demand Draft (For example if the fee is Rs.50/-, you have to draw a DD of Rs.60/-)

Please write your name and the purpose for which the DD is drawn, on the reverse side of the Draft. This is applicable when you buy application form also.

4. In case you are using a downloaded form, please add the cost of the form (Rs. 10/) to the fee amount.
