Hey as The University of Gujrat is one of the new major public sector
universities in Punjab

Migration Rules

Application form is available from Consumer Stores (Room No. 1) by paying
cash Rs. 10/-

The fees of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) for a student migrating from this
University to another statutory University.

After paying the fees at cash counter (Window No. 20), the form should be
returned in Migration section (Room No. 19) with fee receipt.

The application for the Migration Certificate should be accompanied by the
Original Transference Certificate from the Institution last attended and also
the original mark-sheet or Passing Certificate (of the last examination) with a
true copy of each duly certified by the Head of the Institution concerned.

In the case of External Students, they should supply the original Passing
Certificate of mark-sheet and a copy of each duly certified by (1) Government
Gazetted Officer, (2) A Principal of an affiliated College of this University, (3)
A Member of the Senate (Court) of this University for the time being or (4) A
Head Master of a full-fiedged High School within the State of Gujarat.

The application for the Migration Certificate will not be entertained if the
documents are not supplied.
