Fee Details
a) Rs.80/- for those who passed degree/PG from Calicut University.
b) Rs.160/- for those who passed SSLC/Plus Two/VHSE/CBSE from institution under Calicut University jurisdiction.

Enclosures
a) Challan Receipt (original)
b) TC in original and a photocopy of TC self-attested (original TC will be returned after verification)
c) Self attested photocopy of all Mark lists and Provisional Certificate.
