Hey my friend complete the PG degree course from University of Calcutta . she have provisional degree certificate of the university but not having original degree certificate . Will you please tell me how she can get the original degree certificate from University of Calcutta.

5. Roll No

6. CU Registration No. with session

7. Name of the College / Institute / Department last attended

8. Date

Enclose:
1. Attested copies of all Mark-Sheets.
2. Attested copy of C.U. Registration Certificate.
3. C.U. Cash Receipt

Fees:
a) For urgent issue : Rs. 700/-
b) For Ordinary issue : Rs. 500/-
c) For more than ten years old Rs. 1000/
