One must call from mobile number registered in account with Bank to toll free number and ATM card should be active.

Select preferred language

Select “option 3” for “Self-pin” generation.

Followed by “option 2” to generate “Duplicate debit card pin generation”

Press 1 to confirm.
Press 2 to re-enter


This is a two-step process
Step 1 is to GENERATE for pass code.
Step 2 is to confirm pass code and generate duplicate pin.


Option 1 to Generate for pass code

Enter DOB (DDMMYYYY)
Enter 16 digit debit card number.
Enter the Expiry Date of debit card (MMYY)
Access Validated.
8 Digits pass code shall be sent to customer’s registered mobile number through SMS.
Note (Pass code is valid for 2 hours only).
If one has received pass code on registered mobile No Press 1 and continue to verify pass code to create duplicate ATM pin.
Please enter 8 digits pass code.
Please enter the 3 digits CVV number of debit card.
Please enter 4 digits ATM Pin (As Per choice).
Please re-enter new 4 digits Pin for confirmation.

The new ATM pin has been created successfully.

If one has disconnected call after generating Pass code:
Again dial Toll Free Number and Select “option 3” for self-pin generation followed by “option 2” for Duplicate Debit Card PIN generation.


Option 2 to confirm pass code and to create duplicate ATM Pin

Enter 16 digits of Debit card number.
Enter 8 digits pass code.
Enter the 3 digits CVV number of debit card.
Enter 4 digits ATM Pin (As Per choice).
Re-enter new 4 digits pin for confirmation.
The new ATM pin has been created successfully.
