Keep your Passbook, Registered Mobile and Aadhaar Card ready
Enter your 15 digit Account Number(Details are available in your passbook )
Name of Account
Enter 12 digit aadhaar number
Name as appeared in Aadhaar card
Your registered mobile number
Your registered email ID
Now click on “Submit” button.

Offline Way
In the branch you have to ask for application form to link aadhar card with Union Bank of India account.
You can get the form from the counter itself.
Fill this form accordingly and submit it to the counter.
Union Bank of India officer may ask for the original document for verification purpose and will return it to you.
After verification they will provide lower portion receipt of form.
The bank will verify aadhaar card linking to bank later manually
Once the verification process is completed you will be notified via SMS or Email.
