Re: Umsl mba
The value of the Professional MBA program offered by UMSL or University of Missouri St. Louis College of Business shoots from two sources: the convenience of the online delivery system and course format and the high quality of the faculty. The program has enhanced by the introduction of a 7-10 day international experience. One will take the program-related trip during the second year. Administration Requirement A statement of employer support to ensure the ability to attend the designated contact hours Access to a computer with a minimum designated configuration Original transcripts showing an undergraduate degree from an accredited university A résumé that reflects at least three years of professional work experience following graduation A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and a GMAT score of at least 500 A statement of purpose reflecting a desire to pursue a technology-based educational program and demonstrating a high level of self discipline The ability to work with computers and Internet-based technology Telephone or personal interview with the Graduate Office once the above materials are complete Two letters of recommendation Curriculum The Professional MBA 2.0TM is a 23-month program (48 credits) that meets one weekend per month (Friday-Saturday). Approximately half of the course is in a lecture format, and the remainder of the course relies on the various communication methods available on the Internet. Each course is completed over a twelve-week period. Generally, two new courses are introduced every three months. The curriculum provides the benefits of the lecture/discussion format while relying on Internet technology to provide support and follow-up to the subject matter. Students have the benefit of interacting with their cohort groups on campus as well as over the Net. Contact Detail: University of Missouri–St. Louis 1 University Blvd. 350 J.C.
