University of Kentucky College of Medicine is one of a few medical schools to offer a tuition guarantee program.

Admission:

There is No specific course of study is required for taking admission in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. The minimal requirements for admission are as follows:
Prerequisites

Two semesters of biology with laboratories
Two semesters of general chemistry with laboratories
Two semesters of organic chemistry with laboratories
Two semesters of physics which include laboratory work
Two semesters of English with emphasis on communication skills

Important dates

AMCAS Application Deadline was on August 1, 2014

Secondary Application Deadline was on September 15, 2014

Application emails will be sent was started from the week of July 21
August 20 –

Interviews was held on September 21, 2014
