The one-year MS in Technology Management in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is an intense experience as one learns to think critically about competitive strategy and how to effectively execute it within a rapidly-changing technological environment. One investigates the Frontiers of Technology, gain invaluable experience in multicultural collaboration and grow in understanding the responsibilities of leadership in quality organizations while learning. Whether one is an engineer seeking management expertise, or a business professional in need of more critical training, the MSTM’s ability to act as a bridge between the two cohorts is its hallmark. Requirements Completion of a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent with a ‘B’ or better grade point average (3.0 on 4.0 scale) from an accredited college in the United States or a recognized institution For international students where English is not their primary language, a minimum TOEFL score of 103 iBT, 254 computer-based or IELTS of 7.0 or higher is required to be admitted full status. Lower scores can be considered based on the complete admission application. The MS in Technology Management Program does not require the GMAT or GRE. If, however, an applicant has taken the GMAT or GRE and wishes to submit the scores with his/her application, the scores will be taken into account during the application review process.
