The mission of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) is to enhance the knowledge and expertise of Bumiputeras in all departments of study through professional programmes, research work and community service based on moral values and professional ethics.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

The Faculty of Business Management in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) offers the Masters in Business Administration course in two modes: a full-time and a part-time.

The full-time mode is for those who want to continuously engage into life-long learning after their first degree.

The part-time mode is to cater for experienced business executives. Entry requirements for both modes are slightly different.

Broadly, it aims at producing graduates who are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to face the challenges of senior leadership in the future.

As such, it design has integrated a number of professional courses that emphasize on problem-solving, managerial competencies, oral and written communication skills, ethics and social responsibilities, alongside functional areas of study.

The part-time or executive program is carefully structured in order to ensure that all courses are completed within 2 years even while the executive continues to handle one’s professional duties full-time.

It is accomplished by offering courses on Saturdays and Sundays during the two years duration of the programme. An independent research project has to be completed during the second half of the programme.

It ensures that the participating executives are able to upgrade their managerial skills, broaden their perspectives and improve their opportunities for advancement into higher management. Essentially, this also benefits their organizations.
