University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) was set up in the year 2004 by the Kurukshetra University. The UIET is partnered to the Kurukshetra University, Haryana and affirmed by the AICTE, MHRD and DTE and Govt. of Haryana.

The UIET is situated in the University grounds territory as a constituent of the college. The grounds is arranged in the heart of the City, Kurukshetra. The grounds is spread over in 400 sections of land of very much created arrive. The grounds is all around associated with the Kurukshetra Railway Station as the closest one and the Bus Stand.

The UIET is directing the B.Tech degree course in four building disciplines, M.Tech degree course in seven specializations of designing, and encouraging them by the examination programs in Biotech, CS and ECE.
