UGC IAS Exam

Hi buddy when UGC going to be conducted IAS Exam in 2017 do you have any idea as I want to appear in this exam ??

According to me IAS Exam conducted by UPSC as civil service exam its not conducted by UGC.

Eligibility :
Applicants must possess Degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

Age Limit:
Applicant’s age limit should be between 21 – 32 years

Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST Applicant’s, 03 years for OBC Applicant’s. For more relaxation details refer the notification.


Selection Process:
Applicant’s will be selected based on written test, screening test, personality test/ interview.

Application Fee:
Applicant’s should pay Rs. 100/- through Online or Off Line. No fee for Female/ SC/ ST/ PH Applicant’s
