It is abbreviated as "MU" for Mumbai University Syllabus Data Communication, Networking and Internet (18 L) Data Communication Component, Data representation, Distributed processing (Concepts only) Network Basics and Infrastructure Definition, Types (LAN, MAN, WAN) Advantages.
