Training in L&T after B.E Mechanical

I have completed B.E in Mechanical and now want to do training form L&T Hazira or Surat, Gujarat or any other so please give me the procedure?

Larsen and Toubro Construction (L&T) provide two months Summer Internship Program (SIP) fresh graduate engineering trainees (GETs) from engineering campuses. The roles offered to engineers are following:

Selection Process:
Written test
Technical interview

Stipend:
Interns are offered a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month during the internship but it is very form post to post in L & T.

Ok, for training at L&T you have to send a application along with your resume by mail at the company address.

If they select you for training, they send you an acknowledgment regarding the summer training course.

After that you have to submit a No objection certificate at the company address which you will get from your college.

The duration of training provided by L&T is of 6 months.

Selection Procedure for training -

The selection procedure for training at L & T is a two step process.

The first round of selection will be a 1 hour functional group discussion.

In this level of selection the candidate will be given topics associated with HRM and OB.

Several skills of the candidates are evaluated at this level like the following.

Communication skills
Degree of Participation
Depth of knowledge
Application of knowledge

On the basis of this round they will short list the candidates for the second and last level of selection which will be an interview.

The interview will be for time duration of 15 to 20 minutes.

The interview will be conducted so as to evaluate the following skills.

Organizational Fit
Personal Skills
Interpersonal Skills
