Total Quality Management
I am doing MAB final year degree from Anna University and came to know about the Total Quality Management (TQM) want all details related to this. Will you tell me is this technique used in Indian navy if yes provide details and also provide me types of tools used in this?

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive and structured approach to organizational management that seeks to improve the quality of products and services. The key concepts in the TQM effort undertaken by the Navy in the 1980s include: "Quality is defined by customers' requirements." "Top management has direct responsibility for quality improvement." "Increased quality comes from systematic analysis and improvement of work processes." "Quality improvement is a continuous effort and conducted throughout the organization."
