Toefl or sat

I have done my graduation and planning to pursue higher studies from abroad planning to give the TOEFL or SAT exam. Will you please provide me basic details about TOEFL OR SAT exam so that I can prepare accordingly also provide details like what the pattern of both the exams?

TOEFL, is a test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers who want to attend universities in the U.S.

The second one is known as the SAT, and is widely used for both native and non-native English language speakers for college admissions in America.

1 Reading 60–80 minutes 36–56 questions Read 3 or 4 passages from academic texts and answer questions.
2 Listening 60–90 minutes 34–51 questions Listen to lectures, classroom discussions and conversations, then answer questions.

3 Speaking 20 minutes 6 tasks Express an opinion on a familiar topic; speak based on reading and listening tasks.
4 Writing 50 minutes 2 tasks Write essay responses based on reading and listening tasks; support an opinion in writing.
Total: 3 hours, 20 min - 4 hours, 10 min (break included)
