TNAU random number
 

I have given my application for councelling at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. I received last position in the rank list though I scored well in exams. When I asked they said that it’s because of random no. given to candidates. Can you please give me information why TNAU gave random numbers?

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) has conducted annually under the supervision of Anna University.

TNEA 2018 Random Number is of 10 digits and Anna University issues it through Login

It is assigned randomly to break the tie if all the tie-breaking rules fail.

Purpose of TNEA Random Number 2018


You should be well aware of the assignment of random numbers just in case if you are appearing for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2018.

It is basically a number, which is issued to each candidate who has successfully registered for the admission process and these numbers serve as unique identification numbers for the candidate who wish to participate in Anna University Counselling.

The TNEA Random Number is to allocated with the purpose that it will serve as tiebreaker criteria in case of a tie in the merit position between 2 or more candidates.

However, it is the last resort and is only used if all the other mediums to break the tie fail.
