I am giving process for doing online registration for Tata Institute of Social Sciences MA admission. In the official website you can see the MA application form icon. On clicking you can see the login page of application submission. For registration press the click here to register button. Enter your email id and press the register button to close the process. You can do the process from 28th September 2012 to 10th November 2012.


While boarding on the results page you ca see an image that looks similar to the image I am uploading here.

National Entrance Test (TISS-NET) is computer based. Exam will be conducted on 9th of January 2016 at all India level.

TISS NET 2016 Important Dates :


Last Date for Online form Application / Registration for All Master's programmes : November 30, 2015

Last Date for receipt of application form by post :
December 01, 2015

National Entrance Test – (Computer Based) at Different Centres :
January 09, 2016


Eligibility :

Candidates having a bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent ( under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognized university are eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern :

Total Duration of The exam (minutes) Part 1 - 45 minutes

Part 2(HRM) - 60 minutes


Total number of questions Part 1 – 50,

Part 2(HRM) – 75


Negative Marking

Part 1 – No Negative Marking

Part 2 (HRM) - 1/4th Negative marks per question
