TIFR Drawing Competition

Hello I want to know about the Drawing competition of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) for my son so please tell me that is this competition is only for the students of TIFR or it is open for all?? If it is open for all than kindly provide the eligibility criteria for applying for the competition???? Please reply
