I have completed Post Graduate program and thinking to apply for TET Assam exam for that will you please tell me what is the eligibility criteria?

Don’t worry buddy as you completed post graduate program and thinking to apply Assam TET exam here I will tell you the eligibility criteria to that you can have idea.

Eligibility

Candidates should atleast pass their Senior Secondary Examination or any other equivalent degree and here atleast 45% of marks are required (OR)

The candidates should atleast pass their B.A or B.Sc. or If they have passed or appearing in the B.Ed or Senior Secondary, they can take up this test.

Application fee:-
All the applicants have to pay Rs.400/- as application fee.

Exam pattern
The examination shall be for 100 marks of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each one of them carrying equal marks. The subject areas broadly are as follows.

Sl. No - Subject - Number of Questions - Marks

1 - General Studies & Current Affairs - 50 MCQs - 50 marks
2 - Subject Specific - 50 MCQs - 50 marks

Total Marks - 100 marks
