After 12th no one can invited for teacher training. For teacher training every candidate wants B.ed bacholer degree.

Candidates need to do basic graduation first. Then for B.Ed course. If any one wishes to become a college lecturer they have to do masters course. Also they will have to clear the NET exam.

Most of institutes provides one year Program in Nursery Teacher Training
Also one year Program in Primary Teacher training and one year B.Ed
