TDS payment through bank of India

Hello sir I want to done TDS payment through bank of India so please provide me some steps which are to be followed for the payment.

The process for e-Payment of Indirect (Central Excise & Service Tax) Taxes has undergone change.

The revised steps for the same is as under

Steps for Regeneration of Challan (Central Excise & Service Tax) for Payments made through

StarConnect Internet Banking Services – Retail/ Corporate

Step 1. Log on to StarConnect Internet Banking Services – Retail or Corporate, through which the e-Payment of Central Excise / Service Tax Tax has been made.

Step 2. Click on the button ‘Pay Tax’.

Step 3
Click on ‘Indirect Tax Payment’ from the menu option on the left pane.

Step 4

Click on ‘Regenerate Challan’ from the menu option on the left pane.

Step 5

Provide the Cheque Credit and CIN number.

The CIN (Challan Identification Number), appears in the statement of account, as a permanent record of payment.

Also, CIN number and Cheque credit date can be found on the same page, by clicking on the option – ‘View Payments Made’

Step 6

Click on the ‘Create Button’.
