The Neeley School of Business is the undergraduate and graduate business school at Texas Christian University, a private university located in Fort Worth, Texas. MBA FYI | Events Neeley Hooding Ceremony Friday, May 6 at 6:00 pm Ed Landreth Hall Auditorium Reception immediately following at Walsh Building and outside Lawn area Hooding Ceremony Culminates They worked hard, studied long hours and made the grade, some while maintaining their professional careers. In all, 31 Executive MBAs, three Accelerated MBAs, three full-time MBAs and 43 Professional MBAs from the August and December classes received their Masters. The hoods for master degree candidates, part of their academic regalia, bear the TCU colors of purple and white along with and the color for the master of business field, known as tan or drab. Each graduate officially received his/her hood at the ceremony at Ed Landreth auditorium following a welcome from Dean Homer Erekson. Several graduates achieved exceptional grade point averages and were singled out as Neeley Scholars. Travis Joseph Essl was the top scholar in the Professional MBA program with a GPA of 4.0. Other Neeley Scholars were Sydney Marguerite Carroll, Robert Tyler Scallorn and Tyler Bryce Mayo. A reception followed the ceremony for students, family and friends.
