B. Sc/ B. S. Degree in Physics/ Astrophysics/ Electronics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade and one year post qualification experience in relevant field or M. Sc/ M. S. Degree in Physics/ Electronics/ Astronomy with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade for S.No-1.

M. Sc./ MS/ Integrated M.Sc. Degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, Applied Physics, Electronics or Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade and 1 year post qualification experience of working in a research laboratory, industry or teaching for S.No-2 Posts.
