Tamil Nadu AIDS Control Society (TANSACS) functioning under the purview of the Government of Tamil Nadu is the nodal organization for all the HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities.

The programmes executed by the Society are funded by the Department of AIDS control (NACO) which gets funds from the Government of India.

The programmes of the Society are implemented through Government Hospitals, NGOs, Medical College Hospitals and DAPCUs. About 1215 centers carry out the activities of the Society. As part of the funding covenant, the Society wishes to appoint a firm of Chartered Accountant for conduct of Internal Audit of the above centers, referred to as Peripheral Units.

The Society invites Expression of Interest from CAG empanelled firm of
Chartered Accountants to conduct the internal audit of the p
eripheral units for a financial year 2016-17, engagement initially for one year and can be extended on annual basis for a maximum of 3 years.

Eligibility & assessment criteria:
The EOI and Capability will be assessed against evidence of skills and
experience in providing accountancy services in the State of Tamil Nadu.
