TANCET counseling Procedure and Dates

Will you please tell me about the counseling Procedure of the TANCET exam and also tell me about the when does the counseling will start?

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test is known as TANCET. It has invited application for MBA courses. This entrance exam is conducted by Anna University which is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidate who want to take admission in MBA in Departments of Anna University, Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Self-financing Colleges can apply through TANCET.

This year the TANCET MBA exam done on Saturday, March 22, 2014.

TANCET counseling Procedure
According to me counseling was done in the mid week of July, 2014. The result of the exam was declared on Friday, May 9, 2014.

Facts about the TANCET MBA Counseling:

Seats will be filled on the basis of merit following the rule of reservation prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu after the TANCET 2014 MBA Counseling.

The number of candidates called to appear for the TANCET MBA Counseling rounds will be more than the seats available.

Candidates have to attend the TANCET MBA Counseling at their own cost.

Candidates who have passed all the subjects of the qualifying examination alone will be permitted to attend the TANCET 2014 MBA Counselling.

List of documents to be enclosed with TANCET MBA Counselling Application:

Copy of TANCET MBA Hall Ticket

Copy of Degree Certificate (or) Provisional Degree Certificate in the case of candidates who have passed in 2014 or earlier.

Candidates appeared for the final semester / year exam of the qualifying degree in April/May 2014 have to enclose a course completion certificate from the Head of the institution where the candidate has studied.

Copy of X Mark Sheet

Copy of XII Mark Sheet

Copy of Mark Sheets of all semesters/years of the Qualifying Examination

Copy of Community Certificate for BC / BCM / MBC / SC / SCA / ST candidates

Domicile certificate (If applicable)

Certificate from District Medical Board for Differently Abled candidates (if Applicable)

Self addressed stamped envelope for counseling call letter

Self addressed stamped acknowledgement card
