Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test Schedule
I have applied for the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test and want to its exam Schedule so please give me its exam schedule if it has published otherwise give me the tentative date of its exam date? From where can I download this schedule give me the process of it?

Tamilnadu Eligibility Test or Tamilnadu SET exam is a state level eligibility test held by Bharathiar University in 27 subjects for recruitment of applicants as assistant lecturers in universities, colleges and institutes in Tamilnadu and union territory of Puducherry. Currently no information has been published about the schedule of the Tamil Nadu SET examination by the Bharathiar University as to when it will be conducted. Meanwhile I am providing you the eligibility details as well as the syllabus for the examination the details have been mentioned below: Eligibility for Tamilnadu SET: 01. Applicants who secured at least 55 percent marks (without rounding off or grace) in Master's degree or equivalent examination. (50 percent marks in case of SC/ST/PC/PH candidates). 02. Applicants who have appeared or who are appearing or whose results are awaited are also eligible to apply. However such Applicants will be admitted provisionally and shall be considered eligible for award of lecturership only after they have passed masters degree examination with minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks (50 percent marks in case of SC/ST/PC/PH Applicants ). 03. Such Applicants must obtain their PG degree marksheet within 02 years from the date of SET result with required percentage. If they fail to do so they will be disqualifed. 04. Ph.D. degree holders whose Master's level examination had been completed by September 19, 1991 (irrespective of the date of result declaration) shall be eligible for relaxation of 5 percent of marks from 55 percent to 50 percent marks. Applicants have to appear for SET in the subject of their post graduation only. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for Applicants. TNSET Exam Syllabus: Paper 1 and Paper 2 consists of questions from Reasoning ability Comprehension Divergent thinking and General awareness Paper 3 consists of questions from The selected subject by the Applicants. |
