I am selected as a PO officer in the SBI bank and before joining there I want to know what the salary package offered to the PO officer in this bank. Will you please provide me the salary structure of this post and also tell me how mach salary I will received in hand for taking home?

The starting basic pay is Rs.16, 900/-(with 4 increments) in the scale of Rs. 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale I.

SBI PO Salary details

SBI PO SALARY Cash in Hand = Rs. 36046/-

Other benefits:

Bank's contribution to PF = Rs. 1690/-

Housing (Lease Rental) ranges from 8000-29500.

Other allowances including Newspapers, Entertainment allowance, Conveyance etc.) = Rs. 4130/-

Salary details

Basic Pay-16, 900 Monthly

Dearness Allowance (96.15%)-13,941.75

CCA (3% to 4% Maximum 540/-)-540

HRA (8.5%, 7.5%, 6.5%) Depending upon the place of posting

CCA either 4%(maximum 540) or 3% (maximum 375) depending upon the place of posting

Total on hand salary if joined at metro cities-27,908

Total on hand salary if joined at rural area (including HRA)-27,078
