As you want I am here giving you Scheme / Syllabus for Panjab University, PU LLB Entrance Exam.


PU Law Entrance Test Scheme / Syllabus :

Number of Question - 100

Marks allotted to each Question - 1 mark each

Marks deducted for each wrong answer - ¼

Total Marks for the paper - 100 marks

Duration of the Paper - 90 minutes

Out of these 100 questions
60 questions will be based on Testing General Knowledge and Current Affairs,
20 Aptitude for Law,
10 Testing Mental Ability
10 questions testing English Language

Question Paper will be available in English, Hindi and Punjabi Language.

English Including Comprehension
The English section will test the candidates’ proficiency in English based on comprehension passages and grammar.


General Knowledge and Currents Affairs
The candidates will be assessed on their general awareness including static general knowledge.
Questions on current affairs will test candidate’s knowledge on current affairs.


Legal Aptitude
This section will test candidate’s interest towards study of law, research aptitude and problem solving ability.

Logical Reasoning
The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the candidate’s ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments.
