Hawaii Pacific University provides Housing at HPU as Living on Campus and the Living off Campus

Living on Campus
Hawai'i Pacific University offers two distinct options for on-campus housing:
Waterfront Lofts
Hawaii Loa Campus Residence Halls

Hawaii Loa Residence Halls
The Hawai'i Loa campus is situated on 135 acres of lush, tropical landscape at the in Kaneohe.

The on-campus housing complex provides full academic year accommodations (fall, winter, and spring semesters) for freshman students in six residence halls.

Each hall is coed

2015-2016 Housing Rates
Double Occupancy Room: $3,915.00 per semester
Triple Occupancy Room: $2,800.00 per semester

2015-2016 Meal Plan Rates
Residents are required to choose a meal plan.

New for the 2014-2-016 academic year - residents can choose either 14 meals per week OR 10 meals per week to be consumed at the Dining Commons on the Hawaii Loa campus.
14 meals per week: $2,890.00 per semester
10 meals per week: $2,690.00 per semester
