Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination. Candidates short listed on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.

Hey as Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is one of the largest state-owned steel making company based in New Delhi, India and one of the top steel makers in world.

Exam pattern with syllabus

There will be questions on the following main topics:

I part : Domain Knowledge Test -100 Marks

II part : Aptitude Test -100 Marks Aptitude Test has four sections that carry 25 marks each to be answered in 75 minutes/ section.

III part: Quantitative Aptitude- 25 Marks

IV part: Verbal Ability- 25 Marks

V part: General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 25 Marks


Total Time Allotted:


2 hours and 30 minutes

Group Discussion & Interview:

The candidates in order to get shortlisted in the SAIL MT Exam must score at least 50% Marks in the written exam.

The candidates in order to get finally selected in the post of MT will be scored in the ratio of 1:4


Eligibility:

Management Trainee (Technical): Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

For Computer Science discipline MCA (3 years full time) with minimum 65% marks are also eligible.
