1) Matriculation/ Higher Secondary certificate in support of date of birth.

2) All certificates and mark sheets in support of qualification and experience as per our advertisement based on which candidature has been considered.

3) Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority (if applicable)
a) SC/ ST Certificate in the prescribed format.
b) OBC (Non-Creamy layer) certificate in the format for applying for appointment to posts under the Government of India and Central
Government Public Sector Undertaking and also declaration/undertaking - for OBC (Non-Creamy layer) candidates (sent along with Offer).
c) PwD Certificate in the prescribed format, if applicable.

4) Ten copies of recent colour passport size photograph.

5) Release order from present employer in case the candidate is working in Central/State Government Department/PSU/Autonomous Body.

6) Two character certificates from different gazetted officer of Central/ State
Government (format sent along with Offer and also given at the end of this Announcement).

7) Marriage declaration form (format sent along with Offer and also given at the end of this Announcement).
