Net banking is the service offered by banks through which registered customers of bank can use services of bank online . through their ID and password . This service is provided to ease of customers because from net banking service customers can use services of bank at any time from any where without visiting the bank physically .

SBI representative never sends email/SMS or calls over phone to get personal information, password or one time SMS password.
