As you want to get the application form of State Bank of India Probationary Officers exam so here is the information of the same for you:

Application Form Fees:
Rs 600 for general category
Rs 100 for reserved categories

Application Form Details:
Candidates will have to apply online for applying for this exam

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed graduation in any stream from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Age Limit:
A candidate should be between 21 - 30 years

As you can see the dates for the year of 2015 have been passed so you will not be able to get the application form and you have to wait till next year for the application form and these dates can be taken as tentative for the year of 2016
