You can get St John’s MBBS Application form in Person can be obtained from the Admissions Office, St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore on payment of Rs. 1000 by crossed Bank Demand Draft (non refundable) in favour of ‘St. John’s Medical College’ payable at Bangalore.
No other mode of payment is acceptable for purchasing of St John’s MBBS information brochure cum application form.

Required documents for admission:

Duly filled application from

Hall Ticket

Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 (to be paid by those who studied in India or a DD of Rs. 3000 to be paid by those who studied XI & XII abroad and NRI Students)

Two long envelopes of size (23 x 10 cm) with Rs. 5/- stamp affixed

Cast Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC

Domicile Certificate if candidates belong from Karnataka

St. John's Medical College is one of India's premier medical institutions. It is part of the St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences run by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India

As you asking for the Application form for MBBS course of the St. Johns Medical College let me tell you that the Admission are closed the last date to apply is 25 April . so the form is not available at present . You may apply next year.

Admission:

Eligibility criteria:
shall have passed two year Pre-University examination conducted by Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually also.


Age:

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
