The SSS is a member in the IFMSA-Egypt which is a full member in the IFMSA. IFMSA-Egypt is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit student-run organization that represents more than 70,000 Medical Students all over Egypt.

Slovenia, Italy (April) ,Serbia, Turkey, Tunis, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mexico.
SCOPE (Standing Committee on Professional Exchange):
Ausrtia, Italy (May), Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgharia, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, Taiwan, Paraguay,Colombia.
