SSC Result Gujarat University

Does the Gujarat University declare result of class 10th (SSC)? My son had given exams of class 10th and we are waiting for result. So I want to know that the Gujarat University declares result of Class 12th (SSC)? Is there any official website of Gujarat University for School Examination and their result?
