The SSC process the recruitments at non-technical (group C), non-gazette posts in Ministries/departments (group D, subordinate offices of Government of India, CAG and the accountant general offices. Eligibility Criteria Graduate Level Examination- The eligibility for this examination is graduation or equivalent in any other discipline. Combined Matric Level Examination- The eligibility for this examination is matriculation. Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination- The eligibility for this examination is 12th class or equivalent in any other discipline. Examination pattern And Syllabus : Total marks: 200 marks Duration hours: 2 hours General intelligence: semantic Analogy, Symbolic/Number Analogy, Symbolic/Number Classification, figural analogy, word building, semantic series, figural and number series, problem solving, coding and decoding, Venn diagram, emotional intelligence, Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding questions etc. English language: Idioms & Phrases, Shuffling of Sentences in a passage, synonyms, antonyms, active voice, passive voice, spotting the errors, Spellings/Detecting Miss-spelt words, using the right words in blanks etc. Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Measurements, Trigonometry and Statistical Charts etc. General Awareness: It includes social, political, economical and global areas. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research. Skill Test: For the post of the data entry operator, they will be chosen on the basis of their typing speed(8000key in one hour).Net typing speed will be calculated for the recruitment procedure. |
