I want to apply for the Staff Selection Commission FCI Job so please can you give me the procedure to apply for the job and provide me the page where I can get detail of the SSC Job?

I am providing the tentative dates of Staff Selection Commission Food Corporation of India recruitment for your reference. Go through it. The vacancies were for the post of Assistant Grade 3 in Food Corporation of India.

Assistant Grade III (Depot): 738 vacancies
Assistant Grade III (Accounts): 134 vacancies
Assistant Grade III (General): 156 vacancies
Assistant Grade III (Technical): 631 vacancies

You could apply for the vacancy till 21st September 2012. The examination was given on 11th November 2012. As the dates got expired you cannot apply for the vacancies.

Staff Selection Commission recruits the candidates for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) through an online exam. Candidates who have cleared 12th exam can apply for this job.

Eligibility for LDC Post


A candidate must be a citizen of India.

The age limit for LDC Post is 18 to 27 years.

Candidates must have completed 12th with 50% marks from recognized board.

Selection procedure

Objective type Written Test

Typing Test on Computer

Exam Pattern:

The candidates will have to appear in an objective type multiple choice based questions on the following main topics:

General Intelligence: 50 Questions (50 Marks)

English Language (Basic Knowledge): 50 Question (50 Marks)

Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill): 50 Questions (50 Marks)

General Awareness: 50 Questions (50 Marks)

Total Number of Questions: 200

Total Marks Allotted: 200

Duration of Exam: 2 hours/ 120 minutes
