SSC CPO SI Physical Standards

I want to know the requirements of Physical Standards Test of SSC for the post of Sub Inspectors in CPOs so can you please tell me?

Central Police organization (Sub-Inspectors) Exam CPO (S.I) is conducted by SSC on National level for Sub Inspectors post in various Central Government Police Organisations like CRPF, ITBP, CBI, SSB, CISF, BSF and SI in Delhi Police etc.
