SSC CPO SI PET Call Letter

I have applied for the SSC CPO SI Examination. So the Admit cards for Per Exam Training (PET) are published by SSC on its website. So pls give me procedure that how I can download my admit card of Per Exam Training (PET) for SSC CPO SI Examination? Give list of Training Centres for this Exam in Rajasthan.
