Tell me the selection process of Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination SSC CGL exam? also provide me the exam pattern and the syllabus of SSC CGL exam? tell me the duration and the total marks of the SSC CGL exam?

Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination SSC CGL is an examination conducted to recruit staff to various posts in ministries, departments and organisations of the Government of India.

It is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for selecting staff for various Group B and Group C posts.

SSC CGL eligibility-

Assistant Audit officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer -

Bachelor Degree
Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters I Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics

Statistical Investigator Grade- 2 -

Bachelor degree with having 60 % marks in mathematics in 12th class
OR
Bachelor degree with statistics at degree level

Compiler

Bachelor degree with statistics or mathematics or economics subject at degree level

Other Posts -

Any bachelor degree

Age Limit:

Old age limit 18-27 years
New age limit 20-30 years

SSC Relaxation in Upper Age limit


Category Age-Relaxation permissible beyond the Upper age limit
SC/ ST 5 years
OBC 3 years
PH 10 years
PH + OBC 13 years
PH + SC/ST 15 years
Ex-Servicemen (Unreserved / General) 03 years
Ex-Servicemen (OBC) 06 years
Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST) 08 years
Central Govt. Civilian Employees (General/Unreserved)
who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and
continuous service as on crucial date. Up to 40 years of age
Central Govt. Civilian Employees ( OBC ) who have
rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous
service as on crucial date. Up to 43 years
Central Govt. Civilian Employees ( SC/ST ) who
have rendered not less than 3 years regular and
continuous service as on crucial date. Up to 45 years of age

SSC CGL Exam Dates 2017-18

Application starts form 15th May 2017
Last date for registration 19th June 2017
SSC CGL Tier-I Exam 5th Aug to 23rd Aug 2017
SSC CGL Tier-II(CBE) 17.02.2018 to 22.02.2018
SSC CGL Tier-III (Des) Last Week of June 2018
SSC CGL Tier-IV Exam June/July 2018 (SKILL)
